BTJ has been conceptualised & founded on 31 January, 2023 by an industry veteran, truly professional, technology & business leader Sameer Leekha who brings with him, a robust 20+ years of IT Industry experience & exposure & who has held C-Level ( CTO )  positions at Global Organizations in financial services & other senior leadership positions across industry businesses and technical domains. 

 

BTJ leverages its founder’s significant vast exposure, experience & an in depth-knowledge of business vision, goals, strategies, products, platforms, architectures, solutions, technologies, project & program management, business domains, processes, delivery models, team, people, stakeholders, enterprise departments, business, operations, finance, marketing, sales, external business & technology partners etc. and established a very simple operating model for BTJ Clients for collaboration & interaction on business engagements. 

 

BTJ front faces their clients to understand their business problems in context, collaborate & determine business & technology solutions in consultation with BTJ’s strategic partners & create a well defined structured plan covering aspects like roadmap, phases, timeline, people, process, technology, cost etc.
